Product Description
Our Condensate Pan Cleaner & Shield Kit is comprised of two distinct products, applied in two separate steps:
STEP-1 is a heavy-duty, multi-surface cleaner; advanced level (tuberculocidal) disinfectant; and odor and allergen eliminator that quickly powers through stubborn grime, slime, soils, and other messes and muck, as well as mold, mildew, biofilm, fungi, and related odors. STEP-1 also effectively eliminates bacteria, viruses and other harmful microorganisms that are commonly found in residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
STEP-2 is a uniquely durable, bacteriostatic, fungistatic and algaestatic surface protectant which, upon application, creates an invisible antimicrobial barrier on surfaces that inhibits the growth of microorganisms and helps prevent the growth and spread of bacteria. STEP-2 keeps treated condensate pans free from mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria for up to 3 months, while also inhibiting surface corrosion and odors.
Both STEP-1 and STEP-2 are EPA registered, and approved for safe, effective antimicrobial control on practically every component of every type of HVAC System, in just about every setting and environment.

Directions for Use

PERMASAFE STEP-1:
Clean Drain Pan by removing heavy soils and loose dirt, corrosion and other debris. Spray surface and wipe clean. Let air dry. No rinsing required.
For Highly Soiled, Greasy, Grimy Surfaces: Remove heavy soils and loose dirt, corrosion and other debris. Apply product to surface and allow product to sit to penetrate soil before wiping clean. Repeat as necessary. Let air dry.
To Kill Fungus, Mold and Mildew on Pre-Cleaned Hard, Non-Porous Surfaces: Spray STEP1 onto surface until thoroughly wet. For effective control of mold, mildew and fungus Trichophyton Interdigitale, allow surface to remain wet for 10 minutes. No rinsing or wiping is required.
To Disinfect Pre-Cleaned, Hard, Non-Porous Surfaces: Spray STEP-1 onto surface until thoroughly wet. Allow surface to remain wet for 5 minutes, or 10 minutes for virus inactivation.
PERMASAFE STEP-2:
Apply STEP-2 by spraying onto pre-cleaned, dry surfaces, making sure surface is completely covered. Let stand until dry, or let stand for 3 minutes and wipe dry with clean cloth or sponge.
Frequency of Application
Reapply products every 3 months to maintain cleanliness and replenish antimicrobial barrier, or as necessary due to the return of mold, mildew, algae, fungi or other microbial growth, or odors.
